Our Journey from 1990

BENCO GROUP Achievements

1990 To 1995

Young spirited engineers from IIT-BHU Varanasi after a decade of industrial experience start a company IN THE YEAR 1990 to Manufacture Energy efficient heating and Heat Treatment furnaces in the city of Chennai.

BENCO THERMAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. THE FLAGSHIP COMPANY IS THUS BORN UNDER ‘BENCO GROUP’.

The company Benco Thermal Technologies manufactures simple heating and heat treatment furnaces and also undertakes energy audit and retrofitting of old furnaces to make them more energy efficient.

1993 BENCO’s founder director is chosen by A O T S JAPAN for the prestigious Japanese Government Scholarship for training in 5S, KAIZEN and management in Medium and small industries.

1996 To 2001

BENCO THERMAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD graduates into making continuous furnaces and mesh belt lines with 100% home grown technology.

As it sets its vision higher to bring in the best of the technologies Benco signs licensing arrangement to manufacture HIGH END continuous Heat Treatment lines with M/S Wolfgang KOHNLE Wärmebehandlungsanlagen GmbH GERMANY In the year 2000

2002 To 2007

Bouyed with the success of the Licensing arrangement Kohnle elevates the the same to a JV and in the year 2006 KOHNLE HEAT TREATING SYSTEMS PVT LTD WAS BORN.

KHTS as the company popularly known started offering state of the art Mesh Belt Lines, Cast Link Belt Heat treatment furnaces.

2008 To 2013

Benco successfully executes the ROTARY CARBURIZING FURNACE FOR HEAT TREATMENT OF Automotive components like gears, shafts etc purely based on home grown technology with highest energy efficiency and full automation. The plant is capable of heat treating components up to 1.2mm ECD with a throughput of 400Kgshr.

In the year 2013 Benco Thermal Technologies Pvt Ltd creates History by signing yet another JV with Bredtmann-Girke industrienofenbau based at Recklinhausen Germany and thus the company B G Furnaces India was born to offer high end walking beam Heating and Heat Treatment furnaces, End Heating furnaces and array of spring heat treatment lines for the Leaf Spring Industry and stabilizer bars.

Awarded from Morganite Advanced ceramics for Successfully commissioning high speed roller hearth fibre annealing line.

BENCO was awarded the prestigious 5s award by AOTS Japan in the year 2013

2013 To 2025

Award from ARaymonds France for successfully commissioning Austempering line for speciality fasteners.

With successful completion of more than three 3 decades of Manufacturing, BENCO GROUP has launched the more energy efficient MONO LINK LINES with belt life exceeding more than 15 years for parts ranging from few milligrams to 10 to 15 kgs of single piece with 100% automation. With exports increasing to the European and US markets BENCO has expanded its manufacturing facility with addition of state of the art Metallurgical laboratory and test. Heat treatment facilities for product validation based on individual customer requirement.

BENCO upped its competence by entering into collaboration with YAJI furnace co China to offer some of the best Continuous heat treatment lines for The Bearing industry.
